We use Google Analytics and Mixpanel for analytics. We do not use these tools to collect a password, because Treezy uses email-based login and does not require a password.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Treezy at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Treezy only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

These features are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee that scores, streaks, rankings, or statistics will always be accurate, available, recoverable, or error-free.

We may correct, reset, remove, or modify game records if we believe there has been cheating, abuse, technical error, data corruption, or misuse of the service.

Treezy currently does not provide public profile pages, photo uploads, or general user-generated content features.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, messages, bug reports, or other communications, you give us permission to use them to operate, improve, and promote Treezy without compensation to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit Treezy or its content without our permission, except where allowed by law.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, acts, omissions, security incidents, or changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treezy is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Treezy will be limited to the greater of:

• The amount you paid us to use Treezy in the 12 months before the claim; or
• CAD $50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Treezy, its operator, owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of Treezy,
• Your violation of these Terms,
• Your misuse of the service,
• Your violation of law, or
• Your violation of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law.

You may stop using Treezy at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Treezy at any time if we believe:

• Your use creates risk for Treezy or others,
• We need to protect the service, users, or data,
• We are required to do so by law, or

After termination, some sections of these Terms will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes related to Treezy or these Terms will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights or mandatory rights you may have under the laws of the place where you live.
